These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on cozystride.us (the "Site") from CozyStride, 226 Ridgewood Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403, United States ("CozyStride," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Sales are made to customers with a shipping address in the United States.
2. Products
We sell footwear from third-party brands. We do our best to display colors, images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturer updates. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed for shipment.
3. Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you see at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. Standard shipping within the United States is free.
4. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is added to your order total.
5. Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we've received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify your information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Pricing and Description Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was confirmed.
7. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example, major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal). Your card is charged when your order is placed or when it ships, depending on the payment provider. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We may use fraud-screening tools and may hold or cancel orders that appear suspicious.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotions.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within an estimated 3 to 7 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation by emailing contact@cozystride.us with your order number. We can accept it only if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, please use our return process.
11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new, unworn condition and in the original packaging, as described in our Refund Policy. Please note that U.S. law does not give a general automatic right to cancel or return an online purchase, so this return window is a voluntary policy offered by CozyStride.
12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
13. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care or unauthorized alteration are not covered. Except as required by law, CozyStride makes no additional warranties, express or implied. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
14. Title
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment and the order has been delivered.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyStride's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
16. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters or government actions.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
