Shipping

Is shipping really free? Yes. Every order shipped within the United States gets free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after that.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order? You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also email us with your order number.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@cozystride.us. We can make changes only if your order hasn't shipped yet.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. 

Products

Are your products authentic? Yes. We sell genuine footwear from the brands listed on our site.

How do I find my size? Check the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help you choose.

How should I care for my shoes? Follow the care instructions from the brand. For sheepskin styles, we recommend a suede protector spray before first wear and keeping them away from heavy moisture.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I exchange for a different size? Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll guide you through the fastest option.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
